BEHIND THE BRAND.
Lottabody has long been a styling staple for its setting and wrap lotions for years. In 2014 they refreshed the brand and launched their signature Style Collection, a line for natural and relaxed textures that features products infused with Coconut and Shea oils: Style Me Texturizing Setting Lotion, Moisturize Me Curl & Style Milk, Wrap Me Foaming Mousse, Shape Me Custard Gelée, Control Me Edge Gel, and the Love Me 5-n-1 Miracle Styling Crème.
Their Style Collection was inspired by the ever-evolving styling needs of women in the Lottabody community. Their biggest goal was making sure these products work well with all textures of hair, from silky straight to the curly, coily and kinkiest of hair textures.
CHALLENGE
The challenge at hand revolved around the inability to effectively manage the account at the time. Therefore, there partnered agency contacted us to fulfill high-level duties on behalf of the client. Overall this client needed full support to maintain their online efforts and introduce high-quality social assets to their unique followers in an effort to spark conversations and prompt users to take action.
OBJECTIVE
Lottabody's primary objective included spearheading their social efforts by developing high-quality creative assets, managing their online community and influx of UGC, as well as other important account tasks. Our focus was solely geared towards both Instagram & Facebook to reestablish their authority and maintain and healthy presence.

A lot of our work involved coordinating and executing live interactive events with influencers, providing content ideas and implementing them into our social strategy, assessing and utilizing user-generated content that aligned with the brand's image, engaging with their community, assisting with metrics reports to example data and adjust if need be.
